In compliance with the provisions of the art. 13 of the Italian Law Decree dated 30 June 2003 n. 196 ( “Code regarding the protection of personal data”) and its subsequent amendments, we hereby provide the necessary information regarding the purposes and methods of treatment of your data, as well as the scope of their communication and diffusion, the nature of the data in our possession and the methods of provision.
Pursuant to the mentioned Law Decree, we inform you that the processing of your personal information will be based on the principles of fairness, legality and transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.
The provision of personal data (name, address, Social Security number, and details of the identity document, date and place of birth, nationality) is required as necessary for the fulfillment of several obligations: legal, contractual, accounting and tax related. In case you refuse to provide your data, or provide some defective ones, this will result into:
• the impossibility to accommodate you;
• the possible incompatibility from the results of the treatment itself and the obligations imposed by the fiscal and administrative regulations.
The provision of other information (phone number, email address, credit card number) is optional. Any refusal will make it impossible for you to be promptly contacted and served. That is why, in order to ensure the execution of the request for information received via the website www.renzoseghesio.com, the e-mail address of the writer will necessarily be collected.
The personal data collected and provided by our guests will be treated:
• to fulfill the law requirement to record and notify the local Police Authority with the guests generality, solely for the purpose of providing the demanded service. Without the processing of these data, it will not be possible to realize these actions cannot be carried out;
• to fulfill the contractual, accounting and tax obligations required by law;
• to fulfill administrative and organizational purposes.
The treatment will be done either in manual form and with the aid of computer systems, by specifically appointed staff. It is understood that by providing your data in the manner described above you consent to the processing of personal data and agree that they are shared by Casa Nalin with suppliers or connected companies, for the purpose of providing the required services. In particular, your data, subjected to the treatment, may be later communicated to the Police Authority, to Consultants, Professional Studies cooperating with Casa Nalin for the above purposes, and to Law Firms for the management of receipts and payments resulting from the existing relationship.
These data will not be disclosed, and will not be accessible to third parties without your consent, except where it is required by law. You are entitled of the rights under the Article 7 of the Italian Law Decree. No 196/2003, some of which are, hereinafter, briefly summarized.

Personal data


The Italian Law Decree No 196/2003 governs the processing of personal data. Personal data means any information concerning a natural or legal person, entity or association (hereinafter referred to as “the concerned person”) allowing the unique identification, whether direct or indirect, of the concerned person. The processing of personal data means:
• their collection, recording, organization and storage;
• their processing, selection, extraction and comparison;
• their change, block, cancellation and destruction.
The above mentioned legislation provides for these treatments, in principle and with some specific exceptions, a given consent by the concerned person. It is established by law the figure of the guarantor, a collegial body responsible for the protection of the subjects, for matters regarding the processing of personal data. It is also provided that the person concerned will be given the necessary information about the contents of the legislation with particular reference to their rights; this information has been summarized in this note.

Rights of the concerned person


The article. 7 of the Decree gives specific rights to the concerned person. In particular, the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of their personal and that such data are made available in an understandable form. The concerned person may also require to know the origin of the data, and the logic and purposes upon which the treatment is based; to obtain the cancellation, the transformation into anonymous form, or to block the data which have been processed in violation of the law, and the updating, the rectification or, if interested, the integration of the data, and to oppose, for legitimate reasons, to the treatment itself.
