Ruri - Langhe Nebbiolo

Ruri is a Langhe Nebbiolo produced with a fermentation lasting 8 to 10 days.
Following a second malolactic fermentation, the wine is refined in steel casks. After it is refined for nine mounth in 1500 lt barrel.
The result is a fresh, fruity and velvety wine, with perfectly balanced, almost creamy tannins and a deep intense color, perfect not only for matching red meats and seasoned cheese, but as stand-alone aperitif as well.
